I have been charged £44.99 for ‘DRI AVG Technologies’ when I have NOT authorised billing to my account, the same thing happened last year and I cancelled all my apparent AVG subscriptions, and frequently checked my AVG account to see if I should expect any further charges, after seeing I was using a free version I expected none, yet here I am a year after seeing the same charge from my account! I am infuriated and feel cheated I demand a refund and an immediate cancellation from this ‘service’.

We are here to help you. The charge GBP 44.99 was on 2018.11.9 for AVG TuneUp - Unlimited. This order was placed because you agreed to automatic extensions of your Subscription Period when you originally purchased your AVG product. We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.
We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.
As per your request, I have initiated a refund for AVG TuneUp - Unlimited renewal. The amount GBP44.99 will get credited to your account in 7 business days.
