Good Day!

Dear Sir/ma'am,

I would like to inquiry about the DRI AVG technologies were my credit card was charge by  the said subscription. I did not renew my AVG antivirus 2019 for android security which will expired on Dec. 21, 2018… Please explain why this happen to me despite I did not renew.

Hi Jofrancis, The AVG AntiVirus for Android with expiry date Dec 20 2018 is yet to be auto renewed. Auto renewal is not yet started for this product. The very recent transaction happened is for AVG Cleaner on Sep 6 2018. Do you see any charges from AVG after this particular date?
