I recently had a payment for $98.22 taken out of my PayPal account. This was not authorized!! Please refund the money as soon as possible! It is almost Christmas and that money was going towards family gifts!!! Now I don't know if I will be able to get them anything. 
I have been using AVG since 2012 and this has never happened before. I am questioning whether I need to stop the yearly automatic payments to prevent it from happening again.
