DRI has taken payment for renewal etc. Why does AVG say payments have failed?

I don't understand why payments from my bank account are being declined.  My account statement shows 5 withdrawals during April all of which were made by DRI Sydney on behalf of AVG.  I tried to renew some products, and purchased your product to install them for me.  I can only think you have tried to use an old stored account number instead of the current account.  I did inform DRI Sydney of this nearly a year ago.  I purchase using this account number was made on Jan 29 2018 to the value of $24.99 which seems to indicate that some one knows the correct number and is happy to use it.

The original order number is 13478120272 dated 4/4/2018 and another order number 46536875400.

Please help to sort this out as soon as you are able.

Regards,

(Mrs) Desley Cooper.

Desley, I have sent you an email with the detailed information about your AVG Subscriptions. Have you checked your email inbox? I have canceled the Automatic renewal for AVG Antivirus since you have bought AVG Internet Security license recently. So need not worry about the renewal, you will not be charged for the same AVG program. If you wish to get a refund, please let me know for which product you would like to (AVG Internet Security or PC TuneUp)

Hello Desley,

I certainly understand your concern. I have sent you an email with the detailed information about your AVG subscription. Please check your email inbox and let me know.

Desley,

Thank you for your understanding. I have sent the answer to your recent post to your email address. We can continue our conversation via email due to security reason.

I still do not know is going on!  The answer you gave is quite incomplete.  When I try to 'check it out' as you suggest in your response I am brought back to here.

If you have sent a detailed response I have not received it.  Perhaps you could re-send it.

This situation has been going for nearly a month.  Around $300 has been taken from my account and I have received nothing in return;  I must now consider asking for a refund.
