Hi I’ve already raised a ticket but your systems say I haven’t !! I’ve been charged £69.99 sterling for a subscription I haven’t asked for and I don’t use avg anymore and haven’t got any reacurring subscriptions. I want a full refund and also compensation as it’s made my account overdrawn !! Otherwise I will contact the financial ombudsman my email is dannyl05@icloud.com
