Do you receive any error message when you try to scan or download the driver updates on your Windows 7 PC?
I purchased the driver downloads but am unable to use them because of my outdated Windows 7. All has been uninstalled. It requires Windows 10. I have sent numerous e-mails requesting a refund via my Paypal payment. Can someone direct me to the proper person/source to receive my refund? Thank you.

(I realized you might not be able to get my regular e-mail reply…) When downloading the Driver Updater on my computer, yes…there WAS a message that 2 parts could not be downloaded due to my version Windows 7, needing Windows 10.
So yes, please refund my Paypal payment since I have uninstalled the Driver Updater.
