Mona, Is the error code 0xC0070643 and 0xC007001C by any chance?.. If so, Have a look @ this article (http://avgclick.me/1Jm576W).

I did look at the article and thank you for the help. I still have the same code and the same problem. I have downloaded other virus protectors and do not have this problem. I would like to use AVG,but I guess it just is not possible.

I have tried several times to load AVG and both times have told me the same thing…"Driver installation failed". Please tell me what I am doing wrong and how it can be fixed.
I have no other virus or malware software on my PC either.

Hi Mona,
In order to analyze it please provide us with http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe output (run it after inducing described behavior) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.
