Regarding your current query, it's not recommended to have more than one driver updating software installed in a computer, as they will compete for resources.
We'd recommend that you uninstall the Driver Booster B & Driver Support One programs from your computer.
Coming to the Microsoft Visual C++, we'd request you to contact the Microsoft support team directly & check if you need 8 versions of the Visual C++.

It is an interesting look at all the programs in my PC, many of which I probably don't need. For example I have a "Driver Booster B" from IObit, and a "Driver Support One' from Asurvio LP. Do you think that either of these are necessary? Are they getting in the way?
And then there's 8 versions of Microsoft Visual C ++. Do you think I need 8 of these?
