Has anyone else had this problem please? At end of a virus scan i was urged by AVG to purchase driver updater. I did on 23Jul23 and on running it, it disabled my Samsung and HP printers. Also email attachments will not open with message that utility not available. After 4 remote support sessions and a lengthy restore, Samsung restored but not attachments nor Deskjet printer. Emails bounce back. Elevated to senior team 7 days ago but no response. It is a very disappointing and stressful situation.
