I was notified about this Driver Update software but after I installed it on attempt to Activate it the combination of e-mail address and licence key was rejected as 'not matching'. I tried using an online Chat support and was told to convert the licence key to upper case, which I tried and got the same error message. Assuming the software was kosher and from AVG does anyone know why this software does not work. Since a free check told me that I had 13 drivers which were out of date, it would be useful to fix this.
