Driver update requiring restart left my pc unable to restart

Driver Updates on my pc with Windows 10 operating system using AVG Driver left me with Blue Screen and the message ‘Inaccessible Boot start’.  

Has anyone had this problem? Any clues what to do as the Operating System cannot remedy the problem?
