I trialled the Driver updater for one month. Seven days prior to the trial finishing I received a reminder it finished in 7 days and if I didn't want to continue after the trial to unsubscribe in my AVG account. I did this and received an email to acknowledge the unsubscribe request and the trial would finish in 7 days. I have now received an invoice for the installation of the Driver updater that I had cancelled. I shouldn't have to make a toll call to Au to request a refund so please action the refund.
