Please go to your control panel and check if there is any program named driver updater or AVG Driver updater. Please uninstall all driver updater programs and reboot your device.

Then refer this article : http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-Install-and-Activate-AVG-Driver-Updater to install and activate  your AVG Driver updater.
