I have downloaded Driver updater, did a scan and have selected to update out of date drivers. Auto-creates a restore point but I can't get past this stage. It has just keeps running a "loading" bar that never stops.
Any ideas on what the problem might be?

Hi Ranjani
I think I have resolved the issue. I have uninstalled again, reinstalled and this time it seems to have worked.
Not sure what was going on. I will do another scan in a few days and see what happens. If I continue to have problems I'll ran through the scan as per your email instructions.
Thanks for the prompt response. Great customer service from AVG.
