Driver Updater destroyed my login to Windows 10

I ran Driver Updater and it destroyed my ability to log on to my windows 10 desktop as my usual administrator login.  I can log on to other users but my regular user login does not show as an option.  I attempted to add it but it says I am already on this computer.  The users area is still intact.
