I have exactly the same problem! How to fix it?

Hi,
I have uninstall the program.
Then I tried to reinstall , but I get this message:

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package setup.msiin the box below
