I received a supposed DropBox notification from my ex wife on her gmail account. I clicked to see what was there, and fortunately AVG stepped in to save the day, secured and deleted them. There were two phishing files lurking:
1) JS.Phish in MS Edge
2) Exploit Phisihing Page(type1701), from entrypoint.com.my/boldocs/
The 'Red Flag' should have been the caps 'B' in Dropbox, which I've never seen on their site, ever.
I don't even have Dropbox on my main PC since a recent cleanout. Now I know why I don't trust Google/Android, having used a gmail address to log into a well known online newspaper forum.
Should this be reported to Dropbox?
