Hi. Is there a way to follow up on a support issue? I worked with a support person who promised to escalate my situation and get me some other type support? He promised I would be contacted within two days and it has been 3. I am wanting to find out if I am lost in the system, they are backed up or if I got dropped.
How do I go about this? Ohh, I should add that the support person was very polite, friendly and helpful, he just did not have the ability to help me so he passed me forward to a different level. Or something like that.
