DSM Lawmo and DSM Forwarding

I have recently had a problem with spyware on my phone. It seems to be connected with two 'disabled' apps on my phone. They both come up on scans and DSM Lawmo repeatedly comes up as a malware threat. I went on the forum just now and found out this situation has cropped up with other customers and has been present for over a year. The main 'solution' suggested to people is to keep updating their anti-virus tool. This is not a 'solution'. It took me three weeks of updating my anti-virus tool recently before DSM Lawmo stopped showing as a threat on every scan. I asked for an explanation from the Tech team but did not recieve a reply. It seems I am not the only person bugged because of the failure to explain to us what the ptoblem is. I do have evidence that my phone is being spied on. I just don't have enough to bring criminal charges. I hoped AVG might help with that but again no reply. If AVG cannot fix this problem TERMINATEDLY, I really feel they should at least give an honest and detailed explanation when asked for one.
