Duel subscriptions

Thank you for reaching out to us here. I am sorry to hear that you can not view your subscriptions when logged in to AVG MyAccount. I have successfully cancelled auto renewal on your AVG PC TuneUp license which is going to expire on 4th Dec 2017, you will not be charged for it.

To resolve the issue with subscriptions not showing up on AVG MyAccount, I have to escalate it to concern team along with a screenshot of "My Products" tab. I have sent you an email, please check your inbox and spam box as well. Attach the screenshot in a reply to that email so we can proceed with the escalation process.

Hi,
I have just had a reminder that my AVG PC tune up is due for renewal in December. I had completly forgotten that I had this installed and infact had opened another subscription a few months ago for the same thing.

I want to cancel the First subscription from renewing but still keep the one that I opened reecently but I seem unable to find both on my products page.

I dont want to cancel the one thats on there and end up getting billed twice but have no product.

Any help would be fantastic.
