I have tried via chat to get my account and subscriptions cleaned up and was told twice it could be taken care of. It was not, I think I finally spoke to someone one the phone or maybe it was a chat, but all the representative did was try to SELL ME ANOTHER subscription. The renewal notification/auto-renewal process has no "de-confliction" aspect to prevent this. I assumed then when I got a notice, it was for something I needed and not something that I had already paid for. Again, I take some responsibility for this and I guess I could manually go in an cancel all of the duplicate/overlapping subscriptions, but I was hoping AVG had someone capable of helping me. In desperation, I wrote a letter explaining the situation to the address in Redwood City and it was returned as non-deliverable. Is there a way to get some help and resolve this without me leaving with bad feelings about AVG?
