Duplicate Anti Track subscriptions

Hi,
can someone assist me with an actual email or phone number for Australia 
I have duplicate AVG products of which i am paying for 
my statements show one product ordered 3 times on different dates, another  product shows 2 times 
I always go to my statements for  time and the layout is not user friendly for each tax years purchase…
