I recently renewed an AVG Tuneup because I had a message that my pc needed a tune-up. I downloaded the new file and when I tried to install it, I got a message that it couldnt be installed due to a program that was already installed. In checking, I seem to have several AVG programs installed and some are referred to as subscriptions and some as licenses andI believe some have had a name change. I would like to know which programs I need and I would like to cancel the ones that are duplicates. I believe I paid you to install in the past but I thought maybe I could handle it this time and I discovered a HOT MESS. Which of your programs do what and what do I need, without duplications?
