Upon checking, we couldn't locate your '$65.87' charges under the email address you've used to contact us here and under the credit card number you've shared. It's possible that they're registered under an alternate or misspelled email address.

on 10/1/2022 there were duplicate charges of $65.87 on my checking account ending in (CC details redacted). That amount does not seem to relate to any of my subscriptions. There also seems to be duplicate subscriptions for the Ultimate app. They do not seem to appear on my subscription list.
