Having read the forums about the loss of the Duplicate File Finder, I am also very upset with this being removed from a PAID for program. I see that we do have the option of running the old one, BUT it means uninstalling the PAID new program and installing an UNPAID for app just to get the features that I really use in what you would normally FIND in a cleanup toolbox, uh HELLO a duplicate file finder, not rocket science here. I am also with those that DON'T BELIEVE that it was removed due to any customer response, as I have been a customer for decades and never was asked if you should remove it, because it would of been HECK NO as it is really the only feature that I really used. I AM going to uninstall the new version and put the old one on it just because I NEED the Duplicate File Finder program now more than ever! So add me to the list of disgruntled customers!

Development of old AVG TuneUp has been discontinued a few years ago because of software updates, operating systems and other applications , as all the software environment evolves.That is why the new version of AVG TuneUp that you can see now has been developed.
Of course, we are still working on the product and new features are being added to it, also based on customer inquiries and comments. Therefore we would appreciate your feedback.
You'll be able to use either the older or latest version with the existing subscription. Subscription in your account remains the same. Only the version installed on your computer will differ. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed.

I had to remove the newer version because I needed the duplicate file finder option. And I installed and registered the older version so I could use it without restrictions or ads
My feedback is simple, put the "duplicate file finder" back into the newest version of AVG Tuneup! It IS a essential tool in that program that needs to be in that app. Hopefully you will listen to our requests.
