We realize your concern with Duplicate Finder feature of AVG TuneUp. As of now, it is available in AVG TuneUp Premium for Mac.
Development of AVG PC TuneUp old version has been discontinued. Hence, if you try to install it, program will migrate to new or high chances for you to get error during the installation.
Based on the surveys and feedback that we received for old version features, we released new feature and it didn't have all the features that old one had.
However, we are collecting feedback and suggestions from our users in order to implement the changes in mere future.

I like several others were very disappointed when AVG removed the Duplicate File Finder from Tune-Up. Therefore can anyone recommend a program that is very similar to the AVG DFF, I have looked at few but they are over complicated or not worth trying. If AVG can offer a stand-alone version of the one they removed - Hooray!
I have tried uninstalling my Ultimate Tune-Up and reinstalling the old version but it does not work, I'm running Win10 (64bit) with all the recent updates.
