Thanks! No arrow, so no Zen installed.
I'd like an answer to my original question. There are 2 entries on the Startup menu and both are high usage. Task manager Startup files list AVG Ui (Re) Starter (2) and AVG Ui (Re) Starter (3) Can I just disable one? Do I need to do some kind of repair or reinstall of Internet Security?
I'm trying to speed up the startup process and my laptop in general by removing unnecessary programs, etc.

The license that you have purchased is for AVG Internet Security and it is not the AVG Zen program.
AVG Zen program doesn't have a license number. It's activation is by entering the AVG my account credentials.

What is it and do I need one, both, or none at startup?
I'm running AVG Internet Security version 16.141.7998 on Windows 10.

Hello Charlee,
We understand your concern. Please be informed that the AVG startup programs are important and they should be disabled. You can try AVG repair(avgclick.me/RepairAVG) and see if that fix the issue.
Thank you.

We understand your concern. When you open the AVG Internet Security, you can see an "Arrow' at the left hand side called "Go to Zen". If you do not see any such option, it means that you have installed the correct version of AVG Internet Security.
Thank you
