Duplicate files removal issue

I purchased subscription for AVG PC TuneUp V.16 on 6th Nov.2020.But unforntunately that subscription is not working for version 16 product and I want to use that version product (v.16) only.I tried latest version but I am not satisfied with TuneUP V.20 product becasue I am highly impressed with "Duplicate file removal" facility included in version 16 which is not present in latest version 20.I purchased this subscription for"Duplicate file removal" facility only.So I request please either validate my AVG TuneUP v.16 product with my subscription or refund my money ASAP spent for puschasing subscription.Thanks in advance.
