Duplicate files

Hello Sue,
We regret the inconvenience caused. How long are you experiencing this issue? Please provide us the screen-shot (http://avgread.me/1aZxsAV) of the window which displays all the detected duplicate files. Thank you.

I have done a scan ticked all the boxes to delete, but there is no delete button at the bottom right hand corner as help tells me. Can anyone help me?
