Duplicate Finder - Exclude folders

Okay, I did not browse and set it to include specific folders. That is good, but I would like to automatically and always excluded certain folders without having to manually select\deselect them; like the coud drive "dropbox" where duplicates always exist.

Any update on trying to solve this? AVG keeps prompting on possible duplicates to remove only to find out that it is a game installations with different Servers. (RF Online PH and RF Online Moonlight) also with backup files for creative works.

PC TuneUp Duplicate Finder needs the ability to exclude folders.  Thank you.
