Hello Jesus,

We are sorry for the delay in response and inconvenience caused.
If you have the AVG Zen program installed then you will have two user interfaces for AVG.
However, you have to remove the previously installed AVG program and then perform fresh installation so that you will have only one AVG icon which will be in the name as "AVG"
Please use the AVG remover tool as mentioned in this article: http://avgread.me/1DEtNP0 to remove the traces of AVG and to install AVG Protection Multidevice please follow the steps as mentioned in this article: http://avgread.me/1FKGRZI .
