Duplicate purchase

I am trying to get a refund for an accidental duplicate purchase this morning. I did nt receive a confirmation email so havent an order number.   avg.cs@digitalriver.com. just sends m to an irrelevant site. Also you seem to be busy on your support site at the moment. Frustrating. A scam?
