Duplicate software

Although AVG and Avast belong to the same multi-brand company, Gen Digital, we operate on different systems. Currently, there is no mechanism to verify if a customer holds similar or identical subscriptions, as it is common for customers to have multiple devices using the same software.

Nonetheless, your feedback is greatly appreciated and I'll certainly share it with the team to continue improving our services.

I get notices to update my outdated card info and enable automatic continuation of some AVG software programs. I don't want to continue that particular software program because I have already subscribed to an  AVAST program for the same purpose. The software program should recognize a competing or non-competing product and not offer continuation of my program for the same reason.  Also the end user should get an option to select reasons for not continuing a program and let it expire without more pleas for continuation. We know what we are doing.
