Hi everyone,
the how is not important, but I have just realised that I have two separate multi device subscriptions for the same product; one that renews in January and one that renews in November.
I have no idea how I managed to do this, but I don't need two subscriptions to the same product. The refund policy does not cover this situation and I would like a refund for one of these subscriptions since it is clearly not required. What are my options?
