Duplicated subscriptions?

Greetings from a very confused( but otherwise happy) customer.
In July thIs year, I renewed my annual subscription,  $114.99,  via Paypal.
Receipt (Order id removed).   On the 19th of August,  I then get advice that my annual renewal has been paid,  again through PayPal, for $119.99.   Receipt (Order id removed). This takes me through to 18th September next year 2025.
am utterly confused.  Why the duplication?.. and if it is NOT, what is it? And how do you refund the second amount please. Shall I contact PayPal and get them to organise the refund?  IF this is NOT duplication, what is it???
