Duplication of charges from AVG

Having great difficulty in contacting a human being at AVG in the UK to explain overcharges/duplication of charges to my credit cards March 2020 and likely to be repeated again this year unless somebody looks into the matter. I am sure there is simple solution through a verbal discussion. Tried last year eventually contacting AVG Support by phone in the Philippines !! but problem unsolved.
