On 27 October, 2020, I purchased, and paid for (AUS$54.99) a i-year subcription to AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device). Once again you have requested an additional payment of AUS$109.99, which I duly paid on 22 November, 2020.
I am very ill at the moment, and in of out of hospital (and on a lot of medication). I sometimes get confused and pay these accounts forgetting that I have already paid them.
I would appreciate it if you stopped sending these additional requests for payments as they are causing me a lot of unnecessary worry..
Please arrange for a refund of my overpayment of AUS$109.99 immediately.

Ok, consolidate the licences into a single licence with extended validity to Novemner 7, 2022.
The way things are going with my health, I doubt if I'll have much use for the extension, but go ahead.
Do I need to activate the account? If so, please give me a clear description of how to go about ti.
