Sorry for the inconvenience,
may I know which AVG program have you installed in your computer ?
please try to reinstall the program by downloading it from www.AVG.com/download
let us know if you face any issue .

Most of AVG loads ok ,but it can take up to ten minutes for the Identity and Firewall panels to go green, before 'You are Protected' appears.  It never used to do this.
Any thoughts?
