I cannot access any old email accounts due to a scam I fell for. The only email I use now is; jennienottley@yahoo.com

I have a payment taken from my bank account for 'DRI AVG TECHNOLOG' £34.99 today, I have not ordered anything from AVG and in fact have not used AVG for at least 2 years, I have a new computer bought 2 years ago and have other protection now.   I would like an explanation AND a refund!
