DVPN blocking email sending with Bigpond(Telstra Australia)

I've followed the recomendations by AVG to rectify blocking emails with Bigpond(Telstra Australia), but this was unseccessful. Using an iMac with Mojave OS, iCloud email is ok. I Wondered if any has this problem and has found an answer?

Hi, Thanks your reply.  AVG Secure is definitely blocking the Bigpond outgoing mail. Have double checked this. e-mails with and without VPN Secure on.
I'm afraid I don't understand 'location'.

To be clear, is our AVG Secure VPN blocking the emails?
If yes, could you change the location and check whether the issue gets resolved?

Hi,
clarification-the blocking does occur on the iPad aswell (my mistake), I can use iCloud ok so problem with Bigpond is a mystery, to me, anyway.

We actually requested to change the location in "AVG Secure VPN" interface and check the status.
