I want to activate AVG Cleaner for Mac.
I logged in with the same credentials as I did for AVG Anti-Virus for Mac and for My AVG account on my Windows computer.
I receive the message: "Email and Password don`t match."
What can I do? Will it help to reset my password?

We're here to help. Please note that AVG Cleaner and AVG Anti Virus for Mac are free. Irrespective of logging into the app, the program features are same. So, you can continue using AVG Cleaner on your Mac without logging in.
