E-mail doesn't work anymore

I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. Do you receive any error message when you try to launch Outlook? I would request you to disable AVG temporarily ( http://avgclick.me/TempDisableAVG ) and check the issue. If the issue persist even after disabling AVG, I would request you to consider upgrading your Outlook to latest version or repair the application. Thank you.

I just renewed my anti-virus subscription. Installed the software and restarted the pc. Now suddenly my e-mail program (Microsoft Outlook 2010) doesn't work anymore.
Please urgently advice on what to do.
