E-mail from you says I have become unsubscribed: not true

E-mail received as above dated 23 January.  But I renewed my subscription as recently as last November: email 29th acknowledging my payment then of £47.76 and "Expiration date 29 Nov 2021". I expect to be offered extension shortly before that.  Why not?  Please get my status corrected.
(Incidentally, although I had no difficulty 2 months ago with you e-m-a "avg.cs@digital river.com", I have tried this formula" twice, response into my Inbox "This… cannot be delivered": : can this be put to rights soon?).
