E-Mail not working after installing AVG Tune Up

We will check with it. Have you optimized your PC using AVG Tuneup? Make sure that you haven't put outlook in sleep mode.

I have lost the emails I currently had on file and can no longer send/receive new ones.  Error X8004010F where Outlook data file cannot be accessed.  Help appreciated, please.
