Hello Andrew, have you added the server first?
I am running Windows 10. I am unable to get my email account to setup properly and with AVG protection, it looks like it may need to be configured to work with my email. I have printed up the directions and upon following them, I am asked to open Options- Advanced Settings-E-Mail Protection (expand)-Servers. The only thing is, is that the Servers option isn't listed. Does anyone know what to do? I can't call AVG since I am at work Mon-Fri during their business hours.
