E-mail scanner blocks connection to host

Hi. I've had a strange problem that required reboot of the PC.
I have two e-mail accounts which ends up on the same server - set internally on port 10002 and 10003.
(The accounts are different domain names which end up on the same IP address.)
Both are set to the same security setting.
One of them (10003) rejected connections, while 10002 worked.
I set the account using 10003 to use 10002, and it worked.
Setting back to 10003, failed again.
Rebooted PC, problem gone.
Anyone seen this ? Or just that connections are rejected locally ??

Hi.
I'm using Thunderbird, but also an e-mail checker (MailBell) which also had the problem.
So it's not related to Thunderbird.
I changed the port in MailBell too (to 10002) and then this also worked.

Any ideas for troubleshooting if this happens again ??
