Each time I try to install AVGfree I get Error 27046. I have tried multiple times to no avail. Have completely uninstalled, uninstalled Malwarebytes and System Mechanic, and it still won't install. What can I do?

In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output using this tool (http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe) and please add detailed description of issue.
