Thanks for your fast reply, yes I would like you to merge my subscosonthat there is no break in my cover and I protect the remaining days of my current subscription.
I have just purchased a renewal, from a 3rd party, in advance of my current expiration date for exactly the same protection as I currently have I have approximately 50 days before my current subscription expires. I have been supplied with a new Activation Code.
My question is if I add the new Activation Code today, will I lose 50 days from my existing cover or does the new cover commence on the expiration date of the existing subscription? Please advise

Before we proceed with the merge, please register your new reseller/retail store bought AVG Ultimate (Multi-Device) subscription with your AVG My Account.
Kindly follow the below steps to register your subscription:
- Locate the registration code on the installation card included with your product.
- Open AVG Internet Security
- Click on Menu > My Subscriptions > Enter activation code.
- Enter your registration code (Case sensitive) in the text field.
- Fill in the requested account details.
- Click on Continue.
Let us know once you've registered the subscription, so that we can perform the merge on our end.

We're glad to clarify this for you.
Upon checking your account, we can see that you have a reseller/retail store bought AVG Ultimate (Multi-Device) subscription, which is valid till July 06, 2023.
Regrettably, a reseller/retail store bought subscription, even though its the same product, when registered with your account, it will not extend the validity of your current subscription but will be registered as a new subscription.
In this case, you can either wait till your current subscription expires and then register your new reseller bought subscription with your account or you can do it now and we can merge both your subscriptions into one, which means, you will not lose that 50 days of validity.
