Please click on 'See details' in the threat notification that you receive from AVG & then share us the screenshot of it for better clarity. 
Also, clarify whether the access to site is blocked in a specific browser or irrespective of browsers.

I accepted free trial offer for tracking protection and now i can't  open my email (email address removed)  ,  i get a message that that earthlink webmail has been aborted due to phishind
