Please check the software you have just installed on your computer. See if any software is suspicious and try to remove the software to see if it can be fixed. Remember to always remove chrome and reinstall it after removing questionable software.

How can I remove this thing, it is irritating as all get out. I uninstalled chrome and then reinstalled did not help

Thank you for checking that, Mark.
We can assure you that the problem isn't due to AVG Internet Security program.
If yes, then it should have resolved when we disabled AVG protection.
Could you contact Microsoft support and inquire why this happens?

Balasubramanian, It also appears with the AVG browser. I know when it appeared but cannot locate a file that recent.

Everything is off and I'm still getting the message

Thank you, Mark.
The error message is clear now. I'd request to disable email shield if not whole AVG Protection and verify the issue.

Thank you for the screenshot, Mark.
I believe that a program is installed on your computer which should trigger these kind of popups on your Chrome browser.
Could you search for unwanted/unnecessary programs on your computer and start uninstalling them?
May I know whether this appears only on Chrome browser or on all of the browsers?

Hi Dawson,

We appreciate your interest in helping Mark.
